We are Wood Fired Wonders, Husband and Wife team Katie and Alex.
With over 30 years combined experience in the catering industry, a real passion for food and service. We take great pride in our business.

It all began in 2014 while road tripping in Italy. We finished up our 3 week long pilgrimage to culinary Italy in Naples, the home of sour dough pizza and after the first bite we were hooked!
We decided that when we got back we would have to recreate this wonder of Italian street food. We bought our Landy, an EX MOD helicopter rescue vehicle then fitted it with a traditional Neapolitan oven and away we went......
