We hand make all of our dough, we use a traditional lean dough recipe just like the ones used in Naples. We hand stretch all of our pizza's to ensure the perfect texture.
Made in Somerset with Cow's milk, the cows are played classical music when they are milked to ensure they remain relaxed. The cheese has been especially made for topping pizza and gives the most amazing melt.
We go to great lengths to source local produce from small independent artisanal suppliers. We believe that this really makes the difference to our pizza and makes sure we have maximum flavour.
